hi i have tasted the stems of my celeriac and it tastes ok just like celery but i need to know if its ok to eat or is it poisonous like rhubarb
cheers tracy
They aren't poisonous-you can eat them no problem. They are tasty addition to soup, stews and casseroles,if you like the taste you can chop it nicely and use it like parsley. The only disadvantage is that celeriac leaves will not be as delicate as celery ones.
