Too late to sow courgette?

the courgettes I planted have been eaten, last sowing date May, is it worth a try now for some more to be sown?

Sow some more now, you'll get a later crop.
It's worth sowing a few more this time of year regardless as they can then take over from any plants that have burnt themselves out! I planted 3 more last week for this reason

Courgettes can quickly run out of steam in the middle of the season. If I remember I sow a few more at the end of june to take over.

They grow very fast, so you'll probably get away with it!!
