Typical I put a few just sprouted seeds and some tomato plants into my new allotment yesterday evening just to try and get something in the small cleared patch before the weeds return. Looked at the sky, grey and glowering so didn't bother to water them in.
Then it doesn't appear to have rained last night and is glorious sunshine today. So on the off chance that slugs don't eat them they will probably die of thirst!
    British weather eh!

I'm going to a wedding tomorrow, will probably rain for that! Fingers crossed it doesn't.

Plenty of rain here for the last few days, we even had balls of ice
I was worried all my veg was going to get battered it rained so hard.
Anyhoo the courgettes and squashes seem to have loved it and have had a big growth spurt

Same here Incy. It's been fine this morning, but the black clouds are gathering again. It has saved me getting the hosepipe out all week.
