The growbags are on my patio, against a wall. However, I can't drill into the wall so fixing a frame onto the wall with screws isn't an option.
I've managed to help the tomatoes with the cut up pot filled with compost plus I've tied some string across the growframe and tied the plants to that. So far it seems to have helped.
My garden seems is a bit of a wind trap, and there isn't really anywhere that's sheltered where the wind won't catch it. Think the only way to protect the tomatoes is to use a solid frame around the growframes when it's windy to act as a wind catcher/protector.
