As above.They are growing faster than expected-covered up to their "necks",a week after it's the same story again.From my understanding,the more soil they have, the more tatties I'll have later,but I'm running out of stuff to cover them up!

Earthing up potatoes-when to stop?

I think we had this question the other day, earthing them up doesn't really affect the number of spuds I don't think. It just stops the ones growing near the surface from getting daylight on them and turning green and poisonous. As long as you have a good mound of soil around them then don't worry about any further earthing up.
