My cucumbers are turning yellow and going soft?

I have one plant, in a pot in the greenhouse. It has started off fruiting really well, the lower fruits were going great guns and I have already had a few good sized cuces. Also, had loads of babies coming, however these are now starting to go yellow and mushy

Also,,

My courgettes are going mushy too These are outdoors, they start to grow and then just turn all black and mushy. They are not touching the ground, have made sure of that.

Please help.

I have exactly the same problem, I have had 2 good sized cucs now all my babies seem to be turning yellow. No Idea why, hopefully somone'll be along to help shortly..........

Yellow leaves? Could be short of nitrogen.

Mushy and rotten? More than likely over-watering.

Hmmmm, yes over waters more than likely right TS, must restrain myself in future!

If the plant is 'aborting' the little fruits before they can grow then that is usually a sign that it's under stress. Check; watering - are they too wet or too dry?; feeding - are they getting enough?; temperature - are they getting overheated in the sun, or chilly in a draught at night?

I think overwatering may be the problem, will cut down.

I water mine from the bottom. Plant takes as much water as it requires.
