miraclegro compost for veg?

can miraclegro all purpose compost be used on veg? it's only got pictures of flowers on the front of the bag and doesn't mention anything about veg

I'm using Miracle Grow "Organic Choice" feed. says its for fruit & vegetables on the bottle. Don't know about the ordinary Miracle Grow.
Is that last bit an oxymoron? Ordinary miracle?
