next year i will be looking for a scab resistant variety. can anyone reccomend a tasty variety, maybe a 1st early and a 2nd early. this year i grew international kidney which suffered badly from scab. i did have joy with pentland javelin which were clean.

My IK were a little scabby but the Lady Christal and the Foremost in the same row were clean, couldn't get hold of any sulpher this year so I tried super phosphate on the lates will see in a month or so wether this worked or not. -
Acidic soils are meant to be better for spuds.
