Some varieties of tatties just don't seem to flower!
My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)
Really? I thought they all did! Better get back outside and have a proper look then i also made the mistake of not realising that I was digging up my charlottes...and had half emptied the bag! Rescued it and now have it stapled together and in a trug... still has flowers, so assume it's not dying! Thanks for advice, Snadger!

My Epicures aren't flowering either, they went in late though, but at the same time as some Lady Christl and International Kidney, The LC's are flowering now, but a furtle round the Epicures showed hardly any tubers, they obviously need longer.
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.
Mine are all looking much the same - not massive growth (that I have seen in the past), most of the foliage has turned yellow with black/brown spots all over. Not sure if it's blight or not.
