Hi

I am growing Broccoli for the first time this year.
They seem to of started flowing again and are very tall. Is this right or are they going over
I have added a pictrure for you to look at.

Don't pull them up though! Just cut the cental flowering head off and more edible shoots will usually form from the stem!

The one behind the one that has gone over (top left of the picture) looks very ready to eat? As Snadger says cut the central head and you'll get smaller sideshoots growing afterwards. Out of interest what variety is it?

Many side shoots will grow after you cut the main head out. They will be edible so all is not lost.

What do I do with the leaves

I've cut all the heads off , do I cut the big leaves off as well ??

No, leave the leaves, they feed the plant. Just cut off the edible bit and in a remarkably short time you'll get spears forming, these are like small broccoli heads and don't grow big, just pick a few as needed and again if they look like flowering cut them off.
