What can I sow now?

I've just cleared one of my raised beds of finished peas, garlic & last years spinach. I suddenly have this wonderful huge (well to me it is) space. What can I plant in it now? Any chance of another crop of peas? Beetroot, more spinach? I have loads of beans brassicas & courgettes already. Any ideas welcome.

You could try anything fast growing - I've just sown a load more mange tout, and plan to sow fennel, radishes, lettuces, swiss chard, pak choi, and beetroot in the next few days.
