Probably a silly question but I think my wilja potatos are about ready (15 weeks) i have grown them in like pop up potato planters if I empty them and they are not quite done. If I am gentle can I put them back in? Does that make sense? Probably a silly question but hey you dont know if you dont ask!

Yes Jax, you can slide them out carefully and have a look. If there are some big ones and lots of little ones you can take the big ones and slide the plants back in and leave for a few weeks. The litle ones will grow on and make a decent crop.
From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.

yeah thats what I am gonna try am gonna try and keep the plants in place as much as poss and if needs be I can then just pile the compost back in gently. Fingers crossed but I have two bags of them so if it doesnt work I still have another :Phttp://www.caringbridge.org/visit/jamiesjourney
