                          Love the blog...so informative...i'm impressed
                          The caterpillars are "Angle Shade Moths", not nice to have caterpillars, but the moth's are Beautiful, see photo.

                            wow....I'm in the mountains of Kentucky and those are the finest onions I've ever seen. They look like what we call Vidalia onions. Are you folks in the UK hip to "vidalia" onions? They are as sweet as apples....yet, they are not as pretty as yours.
