Is there any chance that there's a little bit left to grow on again?

Would it help to move the growbags on to something a little higher up - a ledge or box or something?

They're not afraid of heights either, I keep finding them on the peas 6 feet up!

They are SAS snails then. Do they wear camouflage? My snails wear hoodies and Facebook all their sluggy mates to come to my garden to parrttaaay.

I have grown Kestrel for the last 3 years and find that the slugs pretty well leave them alone.

Late at night you can sometimes see 2 figures with torches in my veggie patch, we are collecting slugs for the chickens to finish off in the morning

I had a big fat slug feasting on lettuce in our patch and I offered it to chicken. Nope. Slug is NOT on Bokky's menu. Now, if you were to say, kohl rabi, beetroot, swede leaves, that's be a different story!

Mmmm...But then not many veg but except Asparagus will grow in salted land. I seem to remember being told that the Romans used to salt the fields so as to subjugate the soon starving tribes of Briton.
