Butternut squash flowers

Hi All, My wife has planted a butternut squash in a large pot. So far it has produced 3 flowers which have dropped off, but there is no sign of any fruits. Any ideas?

Often happens with the early flowers - theres time enough yet

Oooh the same is happening to mine so at least I don't have to panic now

The male flowers usually come first and they do just drop off. Female flowers will be along soon.
