Sprout plants looking sad

Hi,
I planted out my sprout plants months ago (var. Eavesham) in two separate areas on my allotment.
One area has happy plants with perky leaves and strong growth whilst the other area has plants with drooping leaves on the lower half but no signs of infestation or disease of any kind.
There has been no shortage of rain lately and crop rotation has been observed.

That's very strange. Is there a chance you have club-root in any part of the plot? Or, are the plants protected with collars or enviromesh against cabbage root fly? Unfortunately they don't stick to just attacking cabbage roots

Best way is to pull the worst one up and have a look at the roots!

Would certainly go along with club root or cabbage root fly. You will have to dig one up and have a look, if it seems ok ypu can always replant.
