Halls Multi Grow 2000 mini growhouse

I have 2 of these but can't get replacement covers. Halls themselves have none and all the other replacement covers I can find are merely 2ft 3in wide (the Halls one is 35 inches). I tried to make covers for them myself - but they were rubbish.
Any suggestions?
