Hi guys (& gals)
I harvested some of my potatoe crop tonight and one variety is quite pink in places!!! I know there are potatoes called 'Pinks' but I'm not sure what variety these are...
I was experimenting with some seed potatoes and then another batch which were Sainsburys own... just sitting in the cupboard a bit long.
Theses ones I pulled tonight are the Sainsburys ones. Do you think they're all right to eat? I know you're not supposed to eat them if there's green on them but I've never heard anything about pink...
BTW the seed ones turned out slightly bigger but a smaller yield than the Sainsburys
All help greatly appreciated as usual.
Pete
