Totem tomato

I've managed (more by luck than management!) to grow a totem tomato plant which is now full of fruit and looking very healthy but it's also full of leaves.
I know it's a bush variety but would it be better for them toms if I take some of the leaves off? There's loads of toms hidden and I'm worried they might not ripen as they won't get any direct heat (the plant is outside).

I have a couple of plants that are fruiting heavily. I have had some red toms from them and funny enough it is those in the middle and hidden by leaves that are ripening first. I think it is warmth that ripens, not sun.

Well, I saw a couple of orange things on my tomato plants and found myself wondering what they were.. All I have seen is green objects so far and I'd given up looking for any signs of ripening. I am thinking that I will put my toms in my conservatory next year (even though it is not facing the best direction) because they can't do any worse than they've done this year.

There's not much warmth oop norf at the moment though, just a lot of rain!
