A muted hurray really. After the fight with slugs and snails in my growbag with my last 3 yellow courgette plants I have spotted two tiny yellow courgettes! This summer planting in general has been pants so fingers crossed for the yellas! Most of my squashes have been eaten so I'm banking on them! Here's hope for the winter produce!

I hope your courgettes make it Maximillian.
I'm in Perthshire and I've already eaten all we can eat and got the freezer stuffed with plenty more to come. Can't give any more away.
If slugs and snails are the problem (I'm not much bothered with them) there are plenty of solutions out there. Those little blue crystals come in environmentally friendly formats and can be used responsibly. I would use them before I would let my crop go to waste.
From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.

I had some yellow courgette plants at the start of the season, but somewhere along the line they have been lost as I have not harvested any. Have had more than enough green ones and round ones. It is amazing how stuff just seems to disappear.
