I've been out digging some of them up today and have a question.
If the potatoes obviously have signs of blight on them, I'm binning them. If there's the teensiest bit of blight, then I figure I can cut it off and use/freeze them. So the question is, if they have no obvious signs of blight on them, can the potatoes be stored?
