I've scraped some similar looking eggs from some of my greens, and I assumed they're cabbage white eggs. Open to correction though.

They look like cabbage white eggs, but I found a tiny black/grey beetle type thing on my radish and broccoli raab yesterday. No clue what they were, but there were lots!

Holes in radishes are slugs nibblings and the eggs are Cabbage White eggs
Been watching them lay them on my Brussels and then scraping them off.
I had the same problem with my radishes with slugs in the soil you will find them very small hiding in the soil
I put down a beer bath for them and after some time all the nibbles stopped
        Hope this helps
        Cheers .... John

Radishes are part of the cabbage family & anyway I don't think cabbage whites are all that fussy, they'll go for almost anything leafy & green. It could be that small underground slugs have been nibbling the radishes, although the poison from the pellets would wash down into the soil they could be deep enough to avoid it & hiding directly under your plants. I don't use pellets but I think you seem to have used rather too many & could even be attracting slugs because of that, you only need to sprinkle a few sparingly. By sprinkling the eggshells around you could also be stopping the slugs getting to the pellets as well. I'm not sure eggshells work though as I've tried them in the past & have seen snails crawl over them happily. You might have better luck if you used nematodes which you water on to kill the small undersoil slugs.

If you look up Radishes you will see they are part of the Brassica Family
Also the slugs that live in your soil are very small and sometime not even come to the surface

              Good Luck

I think you may be dealing with three different pests here. The holes on the radish itself are due to slugs or snails. The beetle things are probably flea beetles which eat small holes in the leaves and can almost totally decimate the leaves and the third is the possability of cabbage white laying eggs and producing caterpillars.
