Charlottes spuds - 2nd early. I've been digging them for ages, just lifted the last, and the later haulms always have a few big enough for chips. Big New Potato Chips are just the best thing!
Also french beans. I like them fresh but, like Two Sheds, I love shellies too and put them in the freezer like that now rather than dry them for winter.
Lastly it's got to be greenhouse toms. I never tire of the varieties and flavour and colours you can get. I REALLY love the little mahogany coloured Black Cherry, the big Brandywine beefsteaks, stripey Tigerella and Green Zebra, loads more.
