    I tried HHW before and found them very unhot and very untasty, I think it must be me, as other people seem to like them.

    They did grow well though

              They look very like the Wenk's Yellow Hots that I grew this year. They will turn orange and then red if they are, and they're pretty hot.

                    I was surprised to see this post reactivated. Annacruachan i think that you have found the answer for me. They did indeed turn orange and red like that. Thank you!
                    As I grew HHW this year I discovered they definitely aren't the same. The plant has by the way overwintered well and is still going strong.

                      Looks very much liks Jalapeno which can be green, yellow, orange, red or even very rarely black. Hope this helps
