I think it's best if we all just report to the Norty Step right now...
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

What a fantastic squash - lovely, unusual, pale colour - do you know what variety?

This is my son's big one

It's the variety Hundredweight, my arms only just encircle it, and it seems to be still growing!

Now I have squash envy too.

This forum just makes me feel like I'm not good enough. lol

I'm only growing mini pumpkins and blue ballet squash so nothing that will get that large..

I have managed 3 nice pumpkins this year all under 10lb in weight but a nice size for using without waste. I also have some round courgettes that have got to about the 8/10lb size but I don't know how they will store.

The party's probably over by now but, having just hopped over to this thread from the 'Peter Pepper' thread, may I just sit down on the Norty Step before asking how big they (PPs) grow?

Now we all know size isn't important, it's what you do with it that counts, and how long it lasts.

Practise makes us a little better, it doesn't make us perfect.

True, I guess if it's too big to use all of it then a lot goes to waste.
