In texture it is just like a mega-heavy duty mosquito netting. Very rip-proof, although when it gets old that is what changes.

            Yes please, Amanda!

And do you want me to drive down to help and/or collect parcels for people in Aberdeen?

Yeah, don't get up all cut up Amanda, our plans will surely mesh with yours !
As long as I have working lights on the trailer, I can surely fetch to Aberdeen from yours.

Perhaps we could have a Wondermesh Party at my house - Kenny, Basketcase, Mariell if you are keen I can provide scissors/tea/wine. On second thoughts wine and scissors may not be such a great combination.

I'll get back to everyone that's PM'd me or put a message on the thread regarding timescale and costs and advise when I can drive over to the farm and pick it up and get started on the cutting. I may not be able to provide everyone with the mesh they have requested as loads of people have asked so in fairness, I will do it on first come first served basis.

Wine and a car isn't a good combination either! I worked really hard to get my driving licence (remind me to tell you about my disastrous first test and exactly how much pain I inflicted on the examiner! ) so I don't want to lose it again!!

Even if I'm not high enough in the queue to get any mesh, I'll still help you to hack it up, if you like. I have this strange, destructive streak...

I'm ignoring that, snohare. See me ignore it...

Oh dear me, sounds like if I made any jokes about the sheer misfortune accompanying scissors somebody might get hacked off or failing that, would be stumped for an answer ! Still, that is the risk you run at the cutting edge of comedy...
Amanda, I have another friend who wants a 13 by 10 metre strip, so that's now 3 strips of that size I'd like (if you have enough).
I foresee a new career for Amanda...outdoor seamstress. But it would be a real sew and sew of a job on a windy day !

                          Hi Amanda

I would be interested in having a 5m length from you please if there's still some available and you're sure it's ok to post. It sounds a massive job for you though, so don't worry if you decide it's too much.

                              Hey Folks

I've had loads of PM's re the Wondermesh to I've decided to try and get 2 x 50m rolls so more folks get the chance to have some (and as Mariell, Basketcase and Snohare have kindly offered to help me unroll it, cut it up and parcel it - ok, I may be pushing my luck now).

We only need one length so if I get 2 x 50m rolls I will have have an extra 9 lengths spare. If I go on a first come, first served basis on the thread and by PM it will be divided up thus:

                              Local
                              Snohare and friends (30m)
                              Basketcase (10m)

                              Postal
                              JenFeet (10m)
                              Broadway (10m)
                              Womble (10m)
                              Lottie Dolly (10m)
                              Kitty Kat8 (10m)

I'm really sorry if you have requested mesh and you're not on the list, I didn't anticipate so many takers (over 20) or going the postal route. When I get the call from the farmer to go collect/pay for the mesh I'll PM you and we can go from there. If anyone on the postal list changes their mind I'll move to the next name.
