Hello and happy new year.
In about October time I planted out my garlic. The weather here has been unbelievable and the growth that the plants have put on is amazing.
But, now the weather has turned cold wet and very windy.
Up until now the garlic leaves have been lush and green but after the really cold spell. About a week of the minus degree weather, the leaves have started to go a little yellow in places. Not all the leaves, just a few of the outside ones.
The onions a little further down the row are still as great as ever, no yellowing. Is this a cold wet windy weather problem for my garlic or is it a deficiency??
Please can anyone out there help me as it would be such a shame to lose the crop.
