    Has anyone grown.....

    The following Chillies? Just had my seeds arrive and wondered if anyone has any pitfalls/successes with them

    Red Savina
    Gambia Red
    Khorika
    Limo Blanco
    Maya Pimanto
    Fatalli

    And should I plant any/all prior to Xmas in heated propagater

    I usually plant my long season chillies in mid Jan in a heated propogator. Have tried about Christmas once but the lack of light meant that they didn't grow much anyway and I'm not into paying for unnatural lighting etc to get them through. Some people will disagree on this but it's what I've found.

    Sorry though not grown any of those varieties so can't comment on them.

    Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

    Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

      Thanks Alison, I have considered using a grow light, but have to look at cost vs benefit.
