First ever home grown sweetcorn

Last night I got the pan of water boiling, walked down the garden and had my first ever sweetcorn in the pan within about 90 seconds of harvest. A few minutes later I was eating food like no other sweetcorn I have ever tasted.

Put sweetcorn in a dish with 2 tbsp. of boiling water,cover and microwave for 2 mins. I find this is a more tastier way of cooking it.

Grill it, brushed with a little olive oil ... heaven....

Nooo...Its yummy, my OH say's I'm like a cow when I'm in the garden, because I graze, I love most of my veg raw give it a go...you know you want to!
