  • Did last night's frost damage anyones plants?

I was surprised to find cars and grass covered in frost this morning. Fortunately it hasn't done any apparent damage here in NW Leicestershire, and I was pleasantly surprised what a difference there was in temperature inside the Gh despite the sun not having reached it when I checked earlier.

Has anyone suffeed any frost damage, or is everyone better prepared for such events than me?

Eek! I really must remember to pick the last of the cherry toms tonight even though they are still green. My son will be upset if he loses them after all the care he has taken.

What frost, it was cold outside first thing, the temperatures have dropped, but we missed the frost. Thank goodness, I haven't wrapped up the greenhouse yet in it's winter blanket. Will do it this weekend.

Not even a sign of frost here and three tom plants still growing outside with lots of fruits on in different stages of ripening. 2 Sungold and 1 Golden Pineapple.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
