Earliest Onion Set?

Which is the earliest Onion set suttons do, and any experiences on growing, taste, storing etc

Don't think any spring planted onion sets are promoted as being any earlier than any other?

If you want to steal a couple of weeks on spring planted sets your best bet is to plant autumn japanese sets which mature earlier, but won't keep!

Yes it was, but I've planned out my raised bed and decided Onions will heavily restric my planned crops next year, so have binned the idea.
