  • Recommend small chilli plants?

I am going to order some seeds soon and next season I am only going to grow a few plants, can you recommend some small plants which would be ok on a windowsill?

I always grow Prairie Fire on the window ledge, it's tiny and you can keep it going through winter as it doesn't take up much space. Small chillies but pretty firey.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

I've done Prairie Fire this year too, they are about 6" tall and covered with tiny (but fiery) red pods, and look very decorative. They mature at different times so you have several different colours.

Pretty in Purple, from Real Seeds. Looks good and stays compact, fruits are smallish but quite hot lots and lots of them

I'd second the Pretty in Purple. I'm going to try to overwinter mine if I can, it's a pretty plant too.

                Hi Naga

I have a small chilli plant in my kitchen, I would say its about 8 to 10 inches tall, it was a present so sorry I don't know what type it is but the chillies are HOT. I have attached a photo of it, you are very welcome to some self saved seeds if you would like them, just PM me

They look like they were doing OK till a demonic hail shower stripped them of leaves.
They recovered a bit but not as good as they would have been.
