No Mrs.D. This was suggested a while back and our web designer decided against the idea.

Yeah but at least they're going to let us have our herb bed, eh LJ?????

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

If we all grow chilis this year and all put ourselves on Julian's map, we will find out where everyone is anyway

Ahh.... Well........ I haven't asked yet. I need to know exactly what we want first and I wondered if we should have sub forums to cover spices, culinary uses and herbalist uses. Also it needs more support from the members.

Hello Mrs D, I can't see your chillie on the map. Where is it ? You can see mine just above the w in Glasgow.

Yes, the map is a wonderful idea (thank you again Julian). I suggested something similar for the Vine last year, but as L J says it was refused. I don't think there was a lot of support for the idea at the time.

It should be next to Alisons, in the Manchester area of the UK (somewhere slightly above middle and to the west! lol!)

You may need to refresh the page to see it, but it was working for me (tho I was underneath Alisons a bit)

Alice it is up to our web designer Ben, who does a wonderful job, to decide what additions are made to the forum. In this instance Ben decided against having a members map.

Glad you are enjoying the map. I have just updated it so that you get a different colour pepper depending on how many peppers you put in your growing list.

Here's a suggestion for the chileman site Julian, perhaps a recipe database would be a useful thing to have, now that you've encouraged us all to grow lots of chilli's!
