Sown today, 2 of each, Sungold, Rosada, Buckbee's New and Eve Purple Ball, in individual cells using multi-purpose compost in a heated propagator.
I've also sown 2x Tiny Tim, Red Robin, Vilma, Maskotka, Lldi, Polen, Britain's Breakfast, Silver Fir Tree and home saved Hundreds and Thousand for a bit of a hanging basket trial/experiment

Ah, in for a penny - in for a pound.
Seems like a good time to make a start (and I'd been idly wondering anyway what might happen if we made a start on some of the tomatoes and chilis a little earlier than normal), so we'll give it a go.
Again, no greenhouse or propagator - but I'm thinking a sunny windowsill with a poly-bag over the pot and some foil behind to reflect the light should do the trick admirably.
Only going to plant a couple of each variety - maybe half a dozen or eight plants in total - but we'll see how we go!

4 each of Pyramid, Cheyenne (Self Saved), and Rainbow Mixed
We have liftoff on the Rosada, Moneymaker, Gardeners Delight, and Balconi Yellow. Assume the Balconi Red will followCheers

Haven't braved the cold today as yet, but no sign of any germination yesterday. Checked the max.min and inside the greenhouse was -4 Sunday night. Obviously the temp inside the propagator was a lot higher and I have a couple of layers of fleece over them as well. Just thinking that if this cold weather goes on for to long I will struggle to keep any germinated plants going.
