Never grown them as I prefer to eat either cauliflower or brocolli and I think that these fall a bit between the two without the distinctive taste of either but they are very pretty.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

I tried to grow them last year. They never got to the table tho. The stalk grew so tall I began to wonder when the head was going to form. If I looked very carefully it was there but deformed/brown in parts and did not look very appetising. Anyway what do I know?

You can buy Romanesco in the shops! Why not buy some, cook it and see if you like it before growing it?
