Gonna try a homemade propogater

My incubator is an large polystyrene box half filled with vermiculite and a reptile heat mat on top(in the lid)

Going to empty the vermiculite, put the heat pad on the floor of the box, tinfoil the walls with a lamp shining in...what you think?

Darn it. Last year I picked up a load of home brew equipment on Freecycle. Included was one of those electric mats that keeps the fermentation at the right temperature. I chucked it out cos I have a nice warm cupboard. It would have kept my little seedlings all cosy. Doh!!
