seedlings what are they??????

Well here's the thing. I planted 4 lots of seeds in a tray with different compartments and put it on the windowsill. The blind caught the edge of the tray and knocked it on the floor. I scooped up all the compost and put it back. I now have 3 lots of seedlings poking their heads up and I dont know what they are. I planted parsley, chillies, thyme, mint. I know parsley has curley leaves but what does a chilli seedling look like. You could say wait and see but I want to say wow I have grown a...... as I have never grown them before

Have a look at the early chilli growing thread, there are lots of pics there of seedlings just come through. The thyme will be very small, but I've never grown the others from seed.

No dont look like that. Shucks what have I grown. They are pale green with round flat leaves. Wish I could photos

if you only have the two seed leaves growing at present, just sit tight and wait until the true leaves emerge - then if you are unsure take a snap of them and post here

A lot of seedlings look the same as Piskie says, you need to see the first set of proper leaves to get a better idea but even then it can be difficult.

Ohhhhh but I cant wait. I want to do a high five and a b-t wiggle and say yah I have grown a chilli ( I am that new)
