Feltham first are a good reliable early pea. Broad beans ,I always rely on claudia aquadulce for the bulk of my broad beans and then sow one other variety just for a change. Any of the F1 sprouts should give a good result or an oldie would be bedford fillbasket.

I like all broad beans so it's no use asking me. I love the longpods though, for flavour. Masterpeice Green Longpod or Imperial Green Longpod. Bunyard's Exhibition is lovely too - although tall.

Feltham's is a good early pea - or Early Onward.

        Hate sprouts!

I,m growing bunyards exhibition, and for my different type this year is red epicure broadies.
For brussels, i like to grow nelson.
and the peas, start with feltham first, and then maybe follow them on with a choice of your own. All peas do well generally, especially from march onward, sowing every few weeks for continual pickings.

Last year I grew Imperial Longpod, Express, Crimson Flowered and Red Epicure broad beans although the latter two were mainly for seed saving. This year I'm only growing Crimson Flowered as they look sooooooo pretty.

Sprouts, last year grew from some plants I was given so not sure of the variety, this year will be sowing Sandra next month.

Peas, grow lots of different varieties. Have some Poppet on the go from HSL which will be mainly for next years seeds and also have some Pilot which are just showing through nicely in the guttering I sowed them in last year. Will be sowing about 5 other varieties as the year progresses. Have also some Norli mange tout on the go and will be sowing a couple of sets of the Golden Podded ones later.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
