I came across Vegetableseeds.net yesterday. All their packs seem to be 95p with their organic range a little more expensive. They also do 10% off if you have an allotment (someone from the committee etc just needs to email them for the code). I know they are more expensive then what you can get in the store but it seems a pretty good little firm.
I don't have an allotment.
However the local Allotments have a seed/plant swap day around the end of Spring.
Perhaps others also do the same.
They don't seem bothered who participates, I guess the more the merrier.
Might be good if you are on a budget.

Expect the worst in life and you will probably have under estimated!
I have used vegetableseeds.net over the past two years they were called seeds direct never had a problem with seeds the seeds dont come in fancy packets but are sent in small envelopes and little waxy bags which are quite quaint.
