I planted my earlies ('Rocket' and 'Orla') about a week ago, which was perhaps too early, but we shall see. I'll plant my maincrops ('Pink Fir Apple' and 'Picasso') in a week or so.

I've only got earlies, so have already done one row , will wait 2 weeks then put in another row and then after another 2 weeks the last row. Hopefully they won't all be ready at the same time. I've followed Charles Dowding's method (he of the no dig fame) and planted them 4" deep with an extra 2-4" of compost on the top.S*d the housework I have a lottie to dig
