I got some nice plants & seeds followed by lunch in the on site restaurant. Had a really nice mothers day. So with all due respect I must decline you offer of some seeds, but would love to say how much I appreciated you offer.

Pleased you have had a lovely day (I have too). I've never grown Kohl rabi before, so perhaps we can compare notes!

I grow red drumhead most years and it makes excellent coleslaw. My seed is already sown and up and I should be able to get a small head by mid sept. It also gives a nice pink tinge to the coleslaw.

You'll not go far wrong with "Minocole"
It'll grow from 2 pounds upwards but the best thing is that It wont split if you leave it to grow bigger.
