  • Chillis

    Hi All

I wondered if it was possible to grow chillis as a standard type bush? Just thought it might look pretty in me garden!
    Anyone tried it?

It might not live over the winter, though W33 - they dont like the cold...maybe in a pot that you could bring in?

Wot they already said, plus Apache is another nice bushy variety and you wouldn't be able to put any out until all risk of frost is over, infact anything below 10 degree C and they're not going to be happy bunnies.

Well, I reckon I'll just give it a go. I have a load of seedlings (slightly over did the sowing!!). Will be in a pot anyway as they will be on our patio which is very hot and sunny in summer, we dont have a GH, so no prob to bring it in once the weather gets chilly!
