flowers on tomatoes

I am new to growing veg, I sowed Tumbling Tom tomatoes on 28th Feb and have kept them on very sunny consevatory window sill, I have repotted to 5 inch pots and they are about 6 inch tall, this morning they have loads of buds/flowers! this seems far too early, they are going outside eventually, but its too cold yet. Will they survive or have they flowered too soon? Shall I leave them in the conservatory?

Now that you have repotted they should be fine. If the plant is under stress it will just not set the fruit.
A high nitrogen feed (flower feed will do) as opposed to a tomato feed will encorage more leaf growth than fruit production if you are too worried.

You do not want too much fruit setting on the plants when they go out, as this will give you a less vigorous plant. It is no use having a few toms early only to have less later on, but if this did happen, you could give another high nitrogen feed. Although this will give a softer plant, which is more susceptable to pests and diseases.
It really is a fine balancing act to give you the best crop.

so that I know for next year did I sow them too early, or could it be the heat in the conservatory, it does get very warm. Also should I be putting them outside during the day. Sorry for all these questions I haven't got a clue!!!!

Well I would say far too early for outside growing, as they will be too big by the time you can put them out. Saying that, this has been a crap spring!
The trouble is that toms need light as well as heat, putting them outside on nice warm days I am sure will help them.
It is sometimes difficult to give advice on here, as we all have different growing conditions, so others might offer conflicting advice to me, so I can only say what I would do in your situation.
