Another woman who does!! My daughter says if you haven't used a thing within a year then you don't need it, but then she dumps within months it seems to us. (on the other hand she doesn't have a house full of clutter.)
I just need to know I have it!!! You never know when those odd shaped bits will be just what you are looking for.

The beauty is that I can adjust each connector so that it drips just as I want it to.

              Hi BM
looks good, I have exactly the same junk stored at my house, I will be making my drip system this weekend. How many gallons is the tank, how many pots are you watering and how long does the water last. Could I go on holiday for a week?

It's all new to me as I only set it up last night, the tank holds approx 50 litres of water to which I can add the feed (a bonus). It's watering 12 flower buckets @ about 1 drip per minute.....so that's 12 drips of water every minute......how's your maths?...................I'm still playing with it so don't know if the flow will need increasing or decreasing.

Well I hope Bigmally is proud of this one!

Mrs TK has been on to me for ages about protecting her fruit from the birds.
So, in the shed I found an old frame for a canopy, you know the sort, looks good on a picture then one puff of wind and it's in the neighbour's garden.
Well luckily I saved the frame, found a few old wooden poles, some gaffa tape, a length of wire, a few staples, and some cheap netting which I had to buy!

                  So look what I made!

I keep things with that phrase - "It could come in handy" - "that would be very useful for... "

Then sometimes I do a clear out and make a BIG EFFORT, throwing out some things that have been there for ages and haven't been used...

You can be sure, by the following week I'll be looking for some of the bits and pieces I threw out.

I thought that before meeting Mrs TK a few years ago. I always use to visit Brittany on my Harley, stopped when I wanted, for lunch or a swim or a nights rest. Then back on the ferry to my secure life.

Now its up early in the cold winter months to feed and muck out the horses, cutting logs to keep the woodburner going, cleaning out the chicken coup, tending my tomatoes and lots more.

Relating to the thread about does money make you happy, well I was quite comfortable before, and now not quite so secure, but would I swop my old life for my new one even though I had to sell the Harley?

Actually BM you are spot on.

                            Mr TK
