  • Sutton Dwarf Beans

My Sutton Dwarf Beans are so ready to go into a nice big container for my patio but I wondered how many do I put in per pot?

I am planting them in a 35 cm container?

The sutton are little compact ones - so take advantage of this and you can put them quite close.
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

I have about 6" between mine, though they are in abed not pot. If you use 6" as a general rule, you should get 3 or 4 in there I would think

Thank you very much for all your help. Here are the two I have planted:

So I think I could get another one in there at the front.

Do I need to do anything else to help them apart from water them?

Thanks! I grew these from seed - they have done very well :-)

I wouldn't put another one in. Grow fewer, better

Wow twosheds, that is inspiring! Plus I now feel embarresed as my plot which brought me to tears did not have 6 foot high brambles! My tears were due to chipping at concrete leading to exhaustion (thats my excuse )

A fantastic show of both flowers and veg, nice one! Thanks for sharing
