It's been open here for a good while now (north west) and this morning I picked a bunch as I was leaving the allotment. The smell was intoxicating and now the sun has come out I'm going to nip out and pick some to start a wine off. I've got all I'm going to need but can't seem to settle on a recipe yet!
All being well I'll get a champagne on the go too... maybe even some fizz if I can find some suitable bottles in time.
This reminds me, I need to check what yeast I've got in stock, I might need to pop to the brew-shop for something suitable.
