Just received my seed potatoes :)

So, being the novice that I am, what do I do now!

I know I'm probably a bit late doing this!

I ordered them from Marshalls Seeds and bought the starter pack. The potatoes I have are International Kidney, Duke of York and Maris Piper. I also have 3 sacks for them and some potato fertiliser.

So, do I do the 3 varieties now? Am I right in thinking I put a few inches of compost, but the potatoes in and then another layer of compost, and build up from there are they start to shoot through the compost? How often do they need watering?

I have a lot to learn don't I! I can't believe how excited I am to have potatoes
