Anyone else suffering from a drought ?

Heavy and persistent rain yesterday afternoon and overnight.All puddles gone so the ground must have needed watering very badly.At least cats won't be so keen to do their business in the garden now.

Well, we were supposed to get rain yesterday - it was playing at it. Ground's all dry again.

We had rain yesterday but it hasn't made much difference to the soil. It was forecast as heavy, not IMO!

Same here, we've been having quick showers followed by sunshine, so it all evaporates again.
Bit of hail and thunder at lunchtime too

we got enough rain a couple of days ago to fill the barrels again [4x120ltr, but one was full],since then, nothing but cold, now sun again. I'm thanking someone I have clay soil
