Beans, Beans, Beans ...I've got a query!!

Hello everyone, Hoping someone can help with my Beans query. I bought some Johnsons - Bean Dwarf Borlotto Linga di fuocco nano and also Kentucky wonder wax climbing beans, they are now getting near to planting out, just not sure as to whether I give the Borlotto beans some support and how high this should be. I presume with the wonder wax ones that I treat them as I would runner beans that I have grown in the past. Thought it would have been helpful if they gave me an idea as to height on the seed packets but there was none.
Hoping someone out there can help who has grown these before.

have some kentucky wax this this year,have had a quick google,they grow as any climbing beans do,
not grown that bush variety,but others i plant aprox 1ft appart,then next row,1 foot,but stager them,count this as 1 row,i find thry support each other,and the air can travel around better,hope you get what i mean

I've grown the dwarf borlotti. I tend to plant about 8" apart, in rows which are about 12" apart. I didn't support them, but if you feel they are getting a bit lax, short sticks across the rows in a grid, with string on will work. Leave them to mature - they are fantastic beans.

when your dwarf beans have grow on a bit after planting ,earth them up a little like you do with spuds to give them support it works i ve done it all the best

i grew dwarf borlotti last year by mistake (i wanted climbers!). i gave them 8 feet of support, but they only used about 2 feet!

You make me feel so much better! This year for the first time I sowed a heritage pea called Kent Blue. I assumed it was a climber and gave them a 5ft wigwam. THEN I did some googling - 'struggles to reach 3ft' it said! Flum removes and re-uses wigwam, replaces with a few sticks, then hopes no-one noticed!
