  • What Seeds Can I Start Sowing Now?

Just wondered which vegetable seeds I can start growing now for plants later on in the year?

Thanks for your advice and help :-)

A lot depends on what you have already, and how much space you have. Not too late to sow carrots and parsnips, and salad crops can be sown most of the year. Beans and sweetcorn can still go in too.

I've just planted radishes, carrots and savoy cabbage. You can still sow leek but they might be a bit more slender than usual!

I've got some calabrese seeds for autumn harvesting which I'll be sowing in the next few weeks too.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
